	The Bourne Cottage at Empire Mine in Grass Valley, California, is just one of the beautiful historical sites in Nevada County.

Nevada County is very unique! I know all of the following areas very well and I would be happy to be your personal tour guide.

If you are looking for horse property or vineyard property, you may want to consider buying real estate in Penn Valley, the Peardale/Chicago Park area or Rough & Ready.
If you like snow in the winter time, living in Nevada City, the little town of Washington or the North San Juan area may be for you.
If you prefer to live in a community by a lake, Lake Wildwood, Lake of the Pines or Cascade Shores are all gorgeous places to reside.
If your preference is living in town or close to town, Grass Valley, Cedar Ridge or downtown Nevada City are wonderful options.
