The Bourne Cottage at Empire Mine in Grass Valley, California, is just one of the beautiful historical sites in Nevada County.

Nevada County is very unique! I know all of the following areas very well and I would be happy to be your personal tour guide.

  • If you are looking for horse property or vineyard property, you may want to consider buying real estate in Penn Valley, the Peardale/Chicago Park area or Rough & Ready.
  • If you like snow in the winter time, living in Nevada City, the little town of Washington or the North San Juan area may be for you.
  • If you prefer to live in a community by a lake, Lake Wildwood, Lake of the Pines or Cascade Shores are all gorgeous places to reside.
  • If your preference is living in town or close to town, Grass Valley, Cedar Ridge or downtown Nevada City are wonderful options.

I strive to make buying and selling property in Nevada County as easy and enjoyable as possible.  It would be my pleasure to represent you in your next real estate transaction!
