My wife Marsha and I bought a house in Nevada City in June of 2008 .  During our first trip to Nevada County, we had met Teresa at an open-house in Morgan Ranch.  We found her to be very knowledgeable of local real estate, and very energetic.  During several trips back to town, she literally showed us a hundred houses before we found our house.  Her experience and keen observations kept us from making any serious errors during our home purchase.  A problem developed with the house after our purchase, which was unforeseeable.  Although it was not Teresa's responsibility to fix this problem, she continued to advise us and spent much unpaid time to accompany us to court.
