Little Town of Washington, Penn Valley, Lake of the Pines, Lake Wildwood, Cascade Shores, Foresthill, Meadow Vista, Weimar, Truckee and Colfax.
Nevada County is very unique. If you like horse property or vineyard property, you may want to consider buying real estate in Penn Valley, the Peardale/Chicago Park area or Rough & Ready. If you like snow in the winter time, living in Nevada City, the little town of Washington or the North San Juan area may be for you. If you prefer to live in a community by a lake, Lake Wildwood, Lake of the Pines or Cascade Shores are all gorgeous places to reside. If your preference is living in town or close to town, Grass Valley, Cedar Ridge or downtown Nevada City are wonderful options.
